Pre-course Task and Placement test
- Voice analysis
-Listening, phonation, diction and expression technique
-Reading technique and analysis of Italian Opera librettos
-Character and plot analysis

The course is open to singers who wish to work on the classical Italian librettos.

Course A: (36 hours)
The course begins on Monday 28th April until Saturday 3th May from 10.00a.m. to 6.00p.m.

(NOZZE DI FIGARO – DON GIOVANNI – COSÌ FAN TUTTE – (recitativi)

Course B: (72 hours)
The course begins on Friday 25th July until Monday 4th August from 10.00a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

(IL BARBIERE DI SIVIGLIA – LA CENERENTOLA)

Singers may also bring along three Italian Librettos of their own choice in which case are required to communicate any specific individual need or request in advance.

ENROLMENT AND FEES
Applicants should fill in the enrolment form specifying the following details:
• Personal details
• Specify the choice of the course (Course A or Course B)
• Specify choice of opera/librettos in order of preference
• Vocal role
Fees:
Course A: € 800,00 (tax included)
Course B: € 1500,00 (tax included)
Closing dates for Enrolments:
Closing date for enrolments on Course A is by 31th March 2008.
Closing date for enrolments on Course B is by 30th June 2008.
